Don P (The MBA): Well, I am a practical person with many faults (like many of you), that I wish to overcome by the time that I leave this place. I am loyal to people and institutions, a fact that has not benefited my career but it is a behavior that I make strides by some measure to overcome. I love my family and desire great friendships. I abhore judgemental folks and will make an attempt to reform them, if I can. Finally, I am self-motivated and when faced with institutional denial, I counter with increased focus to challenge and prove wrong.
